We don’t just teach kids how to ride — we teach them how to ride safely and confidently in the real world.
While helmets are important, true safety comes from understanding how to control the bike, navigate surroundings, and make smart decisions on the road and trail.
Our programs are led by certified instructors and designed to help kids build skills, independence, and confidence that last a lifetime. We also offer custom programs for schools, community groups, and events.
Our most popular programs and where most kids start.
From first-time riders to confident explorers, our camps are designed to build skills fast while keeping kids active, engaged, and having fun.
By the end of the week, many campers are riding independently — and loving it.
Learn to Ride programs are year-round! In fact, the cooler months are often the best for learning, when riders are covered up and bundled up! Our Learn to Ride classes are geared to children 3+.
Learn to Balance and Pedal Minis for 3-4 year olds: A slower pace, more play-based- this class builds balance proficiency and a love of riding. Preschoolers will be proficient gliders by the end of the session and may even be using pedals!
Learn to Ride – ages 4.5+: Our beginner program, appropriate for kiddos with or without balance bike or training wheel experience. We build a foundation of balance and then transition to pedaling, starting, stopping, turning and more.
Using our proven method, most kids learn to balance and ride in just a few sessions.
For kids who are already riding and want to keep improving.
Weekly group rides build skills, confidence, and endurance, all while having fun with friends.
Typically meeting weekly after school, Bike Club was created because many of our students just wanted to keep riding with us! Bike Club members are typically ages 5-12 and must be able to ride proficiently without training wheels.
Riders continue developing real-world bike skills such as riding on trails, navigating neighborhoods, using hand signals, understanding basic road safety, and improving overall bike handling. Rides often include trips to local parks, playgrounds, and fun destinations (like a treat stop!), making each session both skill-building and adventure-filled.
The perfect level up for recent Learn to Ride graduates looking to build skills and comfort. If your rider is confident in a wide-open parking lot but hesitant on sidewalks, in groups, or on hills, Beginner Bike Club is the place!
Sessions typically start with riders staying on-site, playing games, and doing drills to reinforce key bike-handling skills. We then introduce group riding basics and start to venture out to nearby trails. Learn to Ride 2 is a perfect prep for riders signed up for a summer Bike Adventure Camp!

Bring bike safety and confidence-building directly to your school. We partner with schools to deliver engaging, age-appropriate programs that teach students how to ride safely, build confidence, and develop lifelong skills.
We offer flexible formats to fit your schedule:
Our programs support existing Bike to School initiatives while helping new riders gain the skills and confidence to get started.
For students ready to go further, our after-school programs provide weekly rides that build endurance, navigation skills, and independence—similar to our Bike Clubs.
Our fastest route to riding- these intensive programs are typically held over subsequent weekends or daily for a week straight (5 sessions). This method is highly effective for motivated riders, those with previous balance bike experience, and, often, those with extra apprehension about learning to ride. With little time between sessions, riders quickly develop comfort and mastery.
At this time, we not have the capacity to offer private lessons regularly. We believe that for the vast majority of children, our group programs provide the best experience and results. If you are unable to find a program that fits your family’s availability, please contact us with your desired dates/times/location- we are constantly expanding programming and appreciate your feedback!
For some riders with special needs, physical limitations or other circumstances, private lessons may be the best fit. Join our waitlist, and you will be contacted when we have private lesson availability at our Head Office in Millersville. Note: We do not offer private lessons in any other locations at this time.
